Once your return request is reviewed and accepted, we will provide:

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is:

Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:

Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer

Exchanges
If you need a different size or colour, the fastest method is:

Request a return for your original item

After approval, place a new order for the item you want
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know whether your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
